2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance via the Bloom Studio™ app.
Refunds apply in cases of double payment, service unavailability, or medical reasons (with proof).
Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and unopened.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
